The Irish seafood sector operates in a dynamic global environment. Women in Leadership Programme 

Isolde has been running Women in Leadership programmes with Pamela Fay since 2015. This programme is for women who want to put time and energy into reflecting on achievements so far in their careers and answer the question “where to from here?”. Isolde and Pamela create a structured, supportive, experiential and fun environment that is the catalyst for participants to learn and grow.
