This bespoke coaching supervision workshop draws on the Gestalt approach to coaching. The focus of the day is on you the coach. We focus on the fourth eye of the Hawkins and Shohet Seven Eyed Model of Supervision to help you deepen your awareness of your own process, coaching practice and how you show up in your coaching.

Participation entails agreeing to full confidentiality. The facilitators will contract with the group on ways of working and boundaries at the first session and subsequent sessions.

Why consider a group supervision programme?

Best practice dictates that all coaches should undertake regular supervision and it is a requirement for accreditation. If you are curious about the Gestalt approach to coaching and supervision, this workshop is for you. If you are a regular participant in our coaching supervision groups, this workshop will feel familiar as it will be a mix of theory, demonstrations and experiential practice.

      Group Size

Maximum of ten participants  (excluding facilitators).

Both supervisors work with a Gestalt approach to coaching as that has been our training in the UCD Smurfit School and Pamela has trained as a relational coach supervisor in Ashridge Business School in the UK. Both supervisors have completed Gestalt training with the Dublin Gestalt Centre.

This workshop is an opportunity to step back from your work as a coach and reflect on your coaching practice and the system that you are working in. The benefit of group supervision is learning from one another, listening to new perspectives and gaining new awareness on topics that are important to our practices and us as coaches.

      Testimonial for Gestalt Workshop:

“What I love about the full day supervision with Pam and Isolde is that it delivers far more than ‘just’ supervision! The combination of working with experienced coaches who are bringing their complex supervision themes; the very varied supervision methodologies used; and the fact that it is a full day immersion in coaching – heightens the learning experience, and reenergises me as a coach. I get new insight into my topics, and equally learn from those of the other coaches and from the ways in which we work together. I would highly recommend this supervision group. “
