Women in Leadership Coaching Programme

Time: 9.30am to 5pm each day
Duration: This is a 4 non-consecutive day programme
Included: 3 x 1 hour telephone coaching sessions in between the course dates.

This programme is for women who want to put time and energy into reflecting on achievements so far in their careers and answer the question “where to from here?”
Our inspiration comes from the recurring themes that emerge in our coaching sessions with leaders. Themes that we work with include leadership, managing self and others, stepping into new roles, closing skill gaps and raising awareness on presence, impact and use of self.
We also asked ourselves what we wish we had known ten years ago and what skills we wish we had focused on earlier in our careers. The result is a four-day programme (one day per quarter).

Our role is to create the structured, supportive, experiential and fun environment that is the catalyst for you to learn and grow.
In this world of virtual contact, the focus of this programme is on face to face contact. Participants will be encouraged to meet in between sessions in smaller learning groups to progress their leadership agenda.
Isolde Norris and Pamela Fay have been running this programme since 2015. We are both experienced executive coaches and we have a broad experience of facilitating group work. We pay attention to creating effective, open and safe working groups. We appreciate the value that participants gain in learning from others within the group as much as from the programme content. Our approach is a combination of theory, experiential creative exercises and group learning. Learning will happen in the larger group, in pairs and individually with time for reflection built in throughout the programme. You will be encouraged to keep a reflective journal throughout the year.
